I am deeply disappointed to say the least. I try to contact the Amazon US shop as we as trying to get Garmin support - but this experience has been like a black hole. At the same time, the GPS would display the words "Camera not found", each and every time. With the camera switched "On", the GPS device is able to "find the camear", but each time I press the button "Pair with camera", it switches the BC40 camera straight off for some reason (i.e. I follow all the instructions from both the booklet as well as watching about 15 different YouTube videos on how to connect, so I know pretty well know what to expect. In short, the device cannot pair with the GPS. The box is also loosely open by the time I received it. I am not sure if the device is defective or has been used (the box does not have a security sticker seal, and the camera device itself is not wrapped in plastic wrap. I live in Australia and have a compatible Garmin car GPS - DriveSmart 55.
